The Wolf Tooth Single Speed Aluminum Cog features 18 teeth and is designed for use with 3/32" chains. Made from lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum, this gold-colored cog is crafted for durability and reliability. Its extra tall teeth improve chain retention, especially when used with chain tensioners. The cog is reversible and has a 4.5 mm wide base to protect your freehub body from damage.
This cog fits Hyperglide style freehub splines and is compatible with HG type cassette bodies. It works with 9, 10, and 11-speed chains, as well as some 12-speed chains including SRAM Eagle, HG+, KMC, Wipperman, and Connex 12-speed chains. It is not compatible with Microspline or SRAM XD freehubs, or with single speed specific, 12-speed SRAM Transmission (T-type) and Road Flattop chains, nor Campagnolo Ekar 13-speed chains.
The 18-tooth cog weighs 19 grams. For a complete setup, consider pairing it with compatible single speed spacer kits and Drop-Stop chainrings.
Compatible with Hyperglide freehubs, fitting 9, 10, 11-speed chains and some 12-speed chains for versatile single speed use.
Constructed from lightweight and strong 7075-T6 aluminum, weighing 19 grams for the 18-tooth model.
