WOLF TOOTH OLIVE ZS44 UPPER ZS56 LOWER PREMIUM HEADSET WITH BEARINGS SET
Reference Number: 4SE5OD
The Wolf Tooth Premium Headset set includes an olive ZS44 upper and ZS56 lower headset designed for frames with internal bearing cups pressed into the frame. Made in Minnesota from aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum, these headsets are lightweight, strong, and durable. Both upper and lower assemblies feature Enduro stainless steel sealed cartridge bearings protected by custom-molded seals and O-rings to prevent water intrusion and extend bearing life.
The upper headset includes an ultralight stem cap with an integrated spacer, an aluminum bolt, and a star nut. Note that the star nut is compatible only with steel or aluminum steerer tubes; a separate compression plug is required for carbon steerer tubes. The set has a 6 mm stack height on the upper top cover.
All parts are precision machined in-house and come with a lifetime warranty on the bearings. The headset is compatible with any frame that uses zero stack (ZS) headsets with a 44 mm upper and 56 mm lower head tube inner diameter. Service parts and installation adapters are available separately. The headset is made in the USA.
