1. The price does not include import duties. Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. (If you select the “Seller-Shipped” option via sea freight, import duties are generally included, but shipping times are longer.) If you cannot accept this, please do not place an order. Thank you. Import duty policies vary by country; if you have questions, please contact customer service before purchasing.

2. Due to the nature of international shipping, minor scratches and dents that do not affect normal use are unavoidable. If you cannot accept this, please do not place an order.

3. Because aquarium packaging is large—especially for tanks exceeding 1 meter in size—customs inspections are required at both entry and exit points. As a result, shipping times are generally longer (for non-air freight channels) and typically take 50–60 business days. If you cannot accept a long wait, please do not place an order.

3. Slight color variations may occur due to differences in lighting and photography equipment; the actual product color takes precedence. Dimensions are measured by hand and may have a margin of error of 1–2 cm.

4. Please inspect the goods as soon as you receive them. Please record an unboxing video. As the product is not inexpensive, this helps avoid potential disputes during negotiations.

If you cannot accept the above conditions, please do not place an order. Thank you.
