TECH 4 EVO GR4 RIGHT/REAR 74MM HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKE KIT SILVER
Reference Number: 3OA6MN
The Hope Tech 4 Evo GR4 Disc Brake, Right/Rear, 74mm, in Silver, is a four-piston gravity brake designed for demanding applications, including gravity and e-bike use. It delivers strong, consistent braking power with smooth lever action and premium construction for precise control.
The Tech 4 Evo levers feature adjustable reach and bite point, with a new cam design that reduces free lever stroke while maintaining modulation. The exchangeable EVO lever blades have an increased hook for better control and a dimpled contact area for improved comfort and grip. A bleed port on the master cylinder allows bleeding without removing the lid.
The one-piece 4-piston caliper has pistons that are 6% larger than the previous V4 model. The kit includes the lever assembly, a pre-bled black hose with stainless steel fittings, and a 74mm caliper. The standard hose is black plastic; an upgrade to a braided stainless steel hose is available separately (HT-1050). The brake lines come cut to general front/rear lengths but do not include fittings for trimming or internal routing; these must be purchased separately (HT-1035, HT-1036, HT-1037/8).
Please note that this brake is not compatible with vented rotors. Rotors and adapters are sold separately.
