HOPE TECH 4 EVO GR4 DISC BRAKE SET 74MM POST MOUNT, GRAVITY & E-BIKE PERFORMANCE, BLACK/ORANGE
Reference Number: 5MO9FY
This bundle includes one Hope Tech 4 Evo GR4 Disc Brake for the left/front and one Hope Tech 4 Evo GR4 Disc Brake for the right/rear, both in black and orange with 74mm post mount calipers.
These four-piston gravity brakes are designed for demanding applications, including gravity and e-bike use. They deliver maximum stopping power with smooth lever action and premium construction for natural control. The Tech 4 Evo levers offer adjustable reach and bite point, featuring a new cam design that reduces free lever stroke while maintaining feel and modulation.
The brakes have exchangeable EVO lever blades with an increased hook for better control and security, plus a dimpled contact area for improved comfort without sacrificing grip. Each master cylinder body includes a bleed port that allows bleeding without removing the lid. The one-piece calipers feature pistons that are 6% larger than the previous V4 model.
Each brake kit includes the lever assembly, a pre-bled black plastic hose with stainless fittings, and a 74mm caliper. An upgrade to a braided stainless steel hose is available using part HT-1050. The hoses come cut to a general front/rear length and do not include extra fittings for trimming or internal routing (parts HT-1035, HT-1036, and HT-1037/8 required if needed). Note that these brakes are not compatible with vented rotors. Rotors and adapters are sold separately.
Both brakes use DOT hydraulic fluid.
Includes one left/front and one right/rear Hope Tech 4 Evo GR4 disc brake, each with 74mm post mount calipers in black and orange color.
Features four-piston calipers with 6% larger pistons than the V4 brake for maximum power and smooth lever action.
Tech 4 Evo levers offer reach and bite point adjustment with a cam design that reduces free lever stroke for better modulation.
Pre-bled lever assemblies include black plastic hoses with stainless steel fittings; hoses come cut to front/rear general length.
Recommended for gravity and e-bike use; not compatible with vented rotors; rotors and adapters sold separately.
