ENDURO HDK-0007 EXTERNAL BEARING KIT EC34/28.6 & EC34/30 ANGULAR CONTACT
Reference Number: 4SE0OD
The Enduro HDK-0007 External Bearing Kit offers a streamlined solution by eliminating the external headset bearing cup, allowing the bearing to press directly into the head tube. It includes a fork crown race, an upper split-ring, and a cap. The angular contact bearings feature 52100 high-carbon chromium alloy races treated with black oxide/magnetite for enhanced corrosion resistance. Paired with large grade 10 balls, these bearings distribute force over a larger surface area to reduce wear. Dual-lip labyrinth seals fit into a micro-groove to protect against sweat and environmental elements. Pre-filled with 90% Mobil XHP 222 high-pressure, waterproof synthetic grease, the kit ensures consistent lubrication without the need for maintenance. The bearing kit fits S.H.I.S. upper EC34 with a 28.6mm stem clamp diameter and S.H.I.S. lower EC34 with a 30mm crown race. The kit is black in color, weighs 93 grams, and has a stack height of 11mm (upper) and 10mm (lower).
