The Park Tool DT-5.2 Disc Brake Mount Facing Set is designed to precisely face front or rear disc brake mounts, ensuring proper alignment with the rotor. It works with any IS mount, post mount, or the new flat mount, including low clearance chainstay mounts. The set features adjustable telescoping axle adapters that fit various open or thru-axle dropout configurations and widths, such as Boost 110, Boost 148, and all FatBike axles. Made from precision machined parts, the kit includes two facing cutters-one for IS mounts and one for post and flat mounts-as well as a storage case. Optional Diamond Abrasive Adapters (Part 2197) are available for easier use on carbon fiber frames. The tool is black in color and is identified as the DT-5.2 model.
