The Works Components 1.0 ZS44-ZS56 Angleset is a complete headset designed to adjust a bike's headtube angle by 1.0 degree. This adjustment lengthens the wheelbase by approximately 10mm and lowers the bottom bracket by 2mm. The headset is specific to headtube lengths between 113mm and 126mm due to its angled design.
Made from precision CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminum and anodized in black, the set suits tapered steerer tubes with diameters from 1-1/8" to 1.5". It features ZeroStack design cups, with an upper cup stack height of 3mm (8mm total including the bearing cover) and a lower cup stack height of 3mm.
The headset includes sealed AC bearings (upper bearing: 41mm outer diameter, lower bearing: 52mm outer diameter), a split type 7075-T6 aluminum crown race that installs without tools, a top cap, star nut, and all necessary parts for installation.
This headset features S.H.I.S. designations ZS44/28.6 (upper) and ZS56/40 (lower), and is finished in black. It provides a precise and complete solution for modifying the steering geometry on compatible bikes.
Adjusts bike headtube angle by 1.0 degree to lengthen wheelbase by 10mm and lower bottom bracket by 2mm.
Complete headset set includes top-cap, star nut, bearings, and crown race for easy installation.
