WOLF TOOTH WAVEFORM PLATFORM PEDAL, SMALL, OLIVE
Reference Number: 6AW5PO
The Wolf Tooth Components Waveform Platform Pedal in Small size and Olive color is designed for all-mountain riding, suitable from cross-country to downhill. The pedal features a proportionally sized aluminum platform shaped to match the footprint of your shoe, with a slim, dual-concave profile measuring 105mm by 99mm. Its profile is 14mm thick at the edges and 12.5mm thick in the center, providing a secure and comfortable pedal feel.
Each side of the pedal has 11 rear-loading stainless steel pins (4.5mm tall) to ensure strong traction. The pedal's large, tapered leading edge helps deflect strikes from rocks and rough terrain. Inside, three fully sealed cartridge bearings and one Igus bushing, protected by a custom radial V-ring seal, reduce friction and guard against water, dirt, and debris.
The pedals are fully serviceable using standard hex keys, and come with six extra grip pins. Pins can be removed or replaced as needed using a 3mm hex tool. The Waveform Small pedals fit most cranks with 9/16"-20 threads, though some children's or vintage bikes may have incompatible threads.
Made with a 6061-T6 aluminum body and 17-4 PH stainless steel spindle, these pedals weigh approximately 380 grams per set and are made in the USA. It is recommended to apply WT-G Precision Bike Grease to the pedal threads before installation.
