WOLF TOOTH DIRECT MOUNT CHAINRING - 30T, DIRECT MOUNT, FOR 3-BOLT BOOST, REQUIRES 12-SPEED HYPERGLIDE+ CHAIN,
Reference Number: 5NR6YC
The Wolf Tooth Direct Mount Chainring is a 30-tooth, round chainring designed for SRAM 3-bolt Boost cranksets with a 3mm offset. It requires a 12-speed SRAM Hyperglide+ chain and is made from 7075-T6 aluminum in the USA. This chainring replaces your existing spider and chainring with a single machined billet piece, providing a clean, lightweight, and stiff setup.
Featuring Wolf Tooth's patented Drop-Stop tooth profile, it offers improved chain retention and mud shedding, optimized for SRAM T-Type transmissions and compatible with many chains. It is compatible with SRAM DUB cranks and Cane Creek eeWings cranksets but not compatible with SRAM 8-bolt direct mount cranksets.
The 3mm offset is suitable for a 52mm chainline, ideal for Boost and Super Boost bikes, ensuring quiet and smooth shifting while reducing premature wear. Installation uses the existing 3 bolts on the back of the spider near the spindle. For best results, a clutch-style rear derailleur is recommended, and a T25 L-wrench works well for bolt installation and removal. Replacement bolts are available if needed.
Replaces existing spider and chainring on SRAM 3-bolt boost cranksets with a lightweight, stiff machined billet design.
Designed for SRAM direct mount systems requiring 12-speed Hyperglide+ chains.
Features Wolf Tooth's patented Drop-Stop wide/narrow tooth profile for improved chain retention and mud shedding.
Available in a 30-tooth round chainring with a 3mm offset for a 52mm chainline.
Compatible with Cane Creek eeWings cranksets and non-compatible with SRAM 8-bolt direct mount cranksets.
