The Sturmey Archer Track Rear Hub features a black anodized 6061 aluminum shell with a sealed cartridge bearing and a solid nutted axle. It has 32 spoke holes and is designed for rear wheel use. The hub measures 130mm overall axle length, which can be converted to 120mm by removing a 5mm spacer behind the locknuts on each side. It has a flip-flop threading, allowing one side to fit a freewheel and the opposite side to fit a track cog and lockring. The axle length is 175mm overall, with J-bend spokes and a rim brake type. The hub weighs 335 grams. It can be paired with a front hub or matched with Sturmey 3-speed fixed rear or 2-speed kickback rear hubs.
