The Shimano FC-MT520 crankset is a 165mm, 12-speed mountain bike crank designed for trail and enduro riding. It features a two-piece aluminum construction with a 24mm steel spindle for strength and durability. The crankset includes a 30-tooth, 4-arm asymmetric chainring made of steel, with a 96 BCD Shimano Asymmetric design. It uses Shimano's DYNAMIC CHAIN ENGAGEMENT+ tooth profile to improve chain retention and provide smoother pedaling on rough terrain. The crankset has a 55mm chainline, fits 141/148 Boost hubs, and has a 148mm Q-Factor. It comes in black and uses a 9/16" pedal spindle with a Shimano Hollowtech II interface. Bottom bracket is not included.
