The Cane Creek 50 Headset features a modern design with a black finish, combining durability and smooth performance. It includes aluminum cups and covers that are internally relieved to reduce weight while maintaining strength. The upper headset has an IS42/28.6 clamp diameter with a 9mm stack height, and the lower headset has an IS52/40 configuration with a 1mm stack height, totaling a 10mm stack height. It uses corrosion-resistant zinc-coated ZN40 sealed cartridge bearings for reliable operation and a steel forged and machined crown race for added hardness and durability. Protective seals on the steerer tube, top cover, and crown race help keep out contaminants. The headset is compatible with Interlok spacers (sold separately) and includes a carbon-friendly captured compression ring. The unit weighs 75 grams.
Designed for IS42/28.6 upper and IS52/40 lower headset standards, ensuring precise fit and compatibility with specified bikes.
Constructed with 6061-T6 aluminum cups and covers for balanced strength and reduced weight.
Features steel forged and machined crown race for enhanced hardness and durability.
